F.C. Werts

Frederike Werts graduated in 2001 from Leiden University (with majors in civil law and business law) and thereafter studied law for 6 months at the Université de Poitiers. She has been working as a laywer with ScheerSanders since 2002. In 2012 she joined the partnerschip of ScheerSanders.


In the course of the years Frederike has become particularly specialized in labour law and rental law. In December 2009 Frederike succesfully completed a specialist course in labour law (PALA). Furthermore she is a fellow of the Dutch Association of Lawyers specialized in Labour Law VAAN (www.vaan-arbeidsrecht.nl). In employment law matters Frederike represents both employers as employees. She has gained a great deal of experience in matters that see to dismissal procedures, reorganisations, employment agreements, incapacity for work, disputes with the UWV and other benefits agencies and in solving various problems that may occur in the workplace.

Frederike also has a wide experience in giving advice and litigating on rental law (housing accomodation and professional premises).


Since many years Frederike represents the legal interests of housing corporations, but also the interests of professional lessors of business premises and private lessors.


Frederike has a solid manner of working, is a good listener and has her focus on the resolution of disputes. She has developed a great sense for relationships (under law of employment) en quickly sees through any underlying problems.

She attaches a high value to being easily accessible and works in a speedy manner. In that way the client already obtains a first advantage.
