Irene Lansen is not only a lawyer in the Netherlands but is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

After working for ScheerSanders for 5 years, Irene relocated to London in 2009 where she joined a multinational recruitment firm. As an in-house employment lawyer she assisted several HR-teams with employment matters such as terms and conditions of employment, non-compete clauses and dismissal. In 2016 Irene returned to ScheerSanders continuing her career as a lawyer in the Netherlands.

Due to her time in England, but also because she relocated to The Hague with her English husband and their 2 children, Irene speaks English fluently and can particularly relate to British nationals living in the Netherlands. Having lived and worked in England for many years, she understands the differences between England and the Netherlands and their legal systems.
