Mr. F.C. Werts
Frederike Werts graduated from the University of Leiden in 2001 in civil and business law and also studied law for half a year in France at the Université de Poitiers. She joined ScheerSanders Advocaten as a lawyer in 2002 and has been a partner since 2012.
Over time Frederike has specialised in employment and housing law. In December 2009 Frederike successfully completed the specialisation course in employment law (PALA). She is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN). In employment disputes Frederike acts for both employers and employees. She has gained considerable experience in dismissal proceedings, reorganisations, employment agreements, long term illness, disputes with UWV and other social security organisations and solving various problems in the workplace.
In addition, Frederike often advises and litigates about issues regarding housing and business premises. She has represented housing associations for many years, but also professional landlords of commercial premises and individual landlords.
Frederike works diligently, is a good listener and solution-oriented. She has a well-developed sense of interpersonal relations and quickly understands the problem. She finds it important to be accessible for her clients and works quickly. This often leads to first results for the client.
Frederike is registered in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Association in the principal legal areas employment law. On the basis of this registration, she is required to obtain 10 training points in each registered principal area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
